Home watch is a practical service for Florida homeowners who leave a property unoccupied for weeks or months at a time. Top Notch Property Watch will visit on an agreed schedule, check the visible condition of the home, document the visit and alerts the owner when something needs attention. While Top Notch Property Watch is not a security service, our periodic visits act as a potential deterrent to criminal activity or natural disasters such as a storm or hurricane. If any problem or situation arises during our inspections, we promptly communicate with you and collaborate on finding and implementing a solution. Our goal of our Home Watch service is to offer you peace of mind, that your home remains well-maintained and secure in your physical absence.
